8.2 Maximum Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL AIWORYX'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AIWORYX IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8.3 Local Processing Specific Limitations

Given our 100% local processing architecture, we specifically disclaim liability for:

• Device performance impacts from local processing
• Browser crashes or instability from resource usage
• Data loss on user devices
• Local storage usage or management

9. Service Termination & Suspension
